Heaterless Carbondioxide Gas Regulator-Cum-Flowmeter:

Available in Models: MAGFLO-HL. Very sturdy, reliable and compact design to withstand normal shop-floor conditions. As the overall length is less than conventional heater-regulator, the cantilever forces on the brass-coupling nut are considerably reduced increasing its life. No electric power required, hence saving in costly electricity. No electric hazards or shocks. With dry ice filtering mechanism, this regulator assures stable flow of gas for long continuous operations.

Electrode Drying Oven Types

Available in Models: ADORPORT/ADORDRY I /ADORDRY II. Provided with thermostat control for precise setting of drying temperature required for various types of electrodes. Totally dry welding consumables yield radio graphic quality welds.

Retrofit Wire Feeders

Available in Models: UNIFEED-20/40, WF-20(F)/WF-40(F). Reliable permanent magnet motor which works years together without any maintenance. Long life of carbon brushes - hence least maintenance. Totally enclosed motor. Wire feeder is ruggedly designed towork under demanding shopfloor conditions. Thyristorised DC drive for speed control which ensures smooth and precise wire feeding. TIG Torches

Available in Models: BTW-30T-4/8 & BTW-50-5/8. High dielectric silicon rubber insulation - tough and durable, doesn't crack or chip easily. Heavy duty copper construction - ensures reliable conductance with easy heat dissipation. Quick release Tungsten adjustment. Special teflon cup gasket - provides a positive gas seal for the gas nozzle. Extra large internal water chambers - for effective water cooling for water cooled torches. Gouging Torches

Available in Models: CAG-9/15. Gouging torches consist of an electrode holder fitted to a flexible cable-hose assembly. The cable-hose assembly serves the dual purpose of carrying the compressed air and the gouging current. It is provided with suitable end connection for connecting to the power source by a suitable cable to the compressed air mains by a suitable air hose (I.D. of the hose should be 12.5 mm).
